EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN RUANG KELAS MIN TIRAK DENGAN METODE NILAI HASIL

Abstract

There are many constraint in every construction project occur in finishing process, because of that, it needs to held weekly evaluation to see the working process, is it getting delay or fast. By the evaluation we can know the constraint early so it can be done the anticipation in well. The method uses to evaluated construction project the new class room in MIN Tirak is result value method. From the evaluation it can be concludes that the project has benefit by the benefitial Rp. 10.446.574,00. The value of SPI=1 so the project run as the schedule planed or can be said on schedule.
